With AppraisalComply, lenders can choose to continue to work with their established appraiser panels, and when an appraiser is needed in a different city or state, they can order appraisals from a third-party AMC (Appraisal Management Company).

AppraisalComply takes an appraisal order and places it within your preferred appraiser panel. The appraiser that is selected to work on an order can be chosen either by AppraisalComply technology or, when needed, the Rotation Manager can manually select the appraiser. AppraisalComply’s automated order assignment utilizes criteria such as coverage area, products offered, and other pertinent appraiser selection data.

To sign up, the Lender’s Rotation Manager chooses the Originator Access option in the top menu. In a matter of minutes they can set up your company, set up additional users (loan officers, processors, etc.) and also send invitations to your appraisers.
The appraisers will receive an email that allows them to set themselves up and automatically connect to your company on the AppraisalComply system. The appraiser will enter the coverage area, their fees, type of appraisals they provide (FHA, VA, waterfront, etc.), upload their licenses, certifications and E&O policies.
AppraisalComply even checks the dates of the license expirations so you have less ongoing appraiser due diligence work. You as the lender will still have the option of limiting their coverage area (down to the zip code) as well as types of appraisals they will be assigned so that the best qualified appraiser is selected for each order.
